Welcome to the 21st Century Learning Team! Agenda GOAL: Formalize plan for Building Capacity
The 21st Century Learning Team (including the past two TCLC group members) will:
Collaborate as a team 3-5 times and create a plan for building capacity for 21C learning and Technology at Barrington.
Provide 2 Tech/21st Century Professional Development sessions for teachers.
Facilitate 2 Gallery Walk & World Cafe' sessions.
*Look at Fall 2013 Survey Data to determine the focus/goals for the Tech Cafe' sessions. Build these into the calendar and communicate dates with teachers so they know the plan for the year.
Television Displays - Create a schedule for updating the Displays
In the spring, we discussed updating the displays quarterly or monthly.
We will send out an email about 2 weeks before she updates the displays requesting photos and videos to share
Unit Planning - When teams would like to schedule a half day of unit planning, they should contact Jason Fine for approval.
If you have a great Web 2.0 resource or website to share with the staff, please email it to Jason by Friday so he can include it in the Weekly Newsletter for staff.
